DESCRIPTION:BCCA had the honor of partnering with the Western Balkans University to host their first Career Fair! \n\n\n\nThis event provided a platform for various business organizations and students to come together\, facilitating internships and career opportunities to the young generation. \n\n\n\nThe fair commenced with speeches from Prof. Dr. Ferdinand Gjana\, President of WBU and Mrs. Jonida Lakuriqi\, Vice Chairperson of BCCA\, Mr. Nathan Dann\, Representative of the British Embassy Tirana and were followed by Mrs. Ermonela Felaj\, Speaker of the Parliament\, and Mrs. Keti Luarasi\, Vice Mayor of Tirana Municipality. \n\n\n\nThe BCCA takes pride in being part of bridging the gap between the youth and internship or employment opportunities across diverse fields of study.

SUMMARY:“Invest in North” Jobs\, Education and Career Consulting Fair - Tirana 11 March
DESCRIPTION:The British Chamber of Commerce concluded the “Invest in North” Job\, Education\, and Career Consultation Fair\, which attracted more than 700 participants from various cities in northern Albania and Tirana. The main objective of this event was to connect together private sector companies\, universities and professional schools\, which could offer education and career opportunities to the participants of cities of the North like Kukes and Dibra. \n\n\n\nThe fair commenced with the opening remarks by H.E HMA Alastair King-Smith\, followed by speeches from H.E Mr. Blendi Gonxhe\, Minister of Economy\, Culture\, and Innovation\, and Mr. Arbjan Mazniku\, Minister of State for Local Government. Throughout the day\, three significant panel discussions took place\, featuring esteemed guests who shared their insights and experiences on enhancing the economy and opportunities in the North of Albania for the future.

Mr. Nathan Dann\, representative from the British Embassy Tirana and Mr. Aldi Molloholli\, Executive Director of the British Chamber of Commerce in Albania had the pleasure of presenting the opening speeches of the fair. \n\n\n\nThe fair concluded with a panel discussion focusing on the te field of IT\, Digital Marketing and Digital Nomads . The panel featured esteemed guests such as  Elias Mazloum from Digital Roots\, Hati Billibashi from Albanian ICT Academy\, Marcela Shehu from Honest Solutions Talent and Redian Ibra from Honest Solutions who discussed on the big demand of the IT field\, remote work possibilities for the population of the North as well as methods on how to develop IT skills in the North.

The panel featured esteemed guests such as the Director of Agriculture\, Mr. Blerim Dibra\, Mr. Endri Xhaferri from IOM\, and Mr. Sabri Shahini from Bujtina Shahini discussed on the possibilites of agrotourism in the North seeing the rise of tourism in these zones.
