Beder University and the UK Chamber of Commerce in Albania Offer 20 Full and 50% Scholarships for Students from Northern Albania!
31 August 2024BCCA collaborated with International Chamber of Commerce in Albania and Streha and held an insightful event on Tuesday, delving into the role of the private sector in advancing Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) practices.
It was inspiring to see leaders from various industries and other actors coming together to discuss tangible strategies for fostering more inclusive workplaces.

We discussed about:
✔how to address challenges and barriers to achieving meaningful EDI within organizations.
✔about the role of leadership in championing EDI initiatives and driving change, and
✔ shared personal and professional experiences and insights related to EDI in business settings.
In its opening remarks, Mrs Jonida Lakuriqi BCCA Vice Chairperson highlighted the undeniable link between diversity and inclusion (EDI) and a company’s success. EDI fosters a wealth of unique perspectives, ideas, and experiences.
She also shared best practices from Vodafone Albania, as a national leader in implementing EDI policies. “Diversity is when everyone is invited to the party, Inclusion is when you are asked to dance.”
We look forward to turn these discussions into actions and drive meaningful change!
